Ann Ebberson

Ann is a partner in RK’s Real Estate Group and advises on a wide range of property related matters. She has more than 20 years’ post qualification experience and her clients include various lenders, loan servicers, developers and LPA Receivers.
Ann’s practice includes dealing with real estate refinancing, real estate portfolio refinancing, sales, purchases, development acquisitions and sales, advising on landlord and tenant matters including service charge disputes and forfeiture proceedings. Ann also has a wealth of experience in title rectification issues and other complex disputes involving real estate.
Ann also works closely with Rosling King’s Dispute Resolution Group on landlord and tenant and all real estate litigation and with our Regulatory team on real estate aspects of lender regulatory matters.
Ann speaks regularly on real estate related matters at seminars and client workshops and has had published numerous articles on real estate issues. Ann is recognised in The Legal 500, UK edition (2024) as a “trusted advisor on real estate matters”, with clients noting that she “always explains complicated real estate matters very well and gives clear and well reasoned advice”.
